I have not always been a runner - like many recreational runners I started running later in life. I run for fun, health (physical and mental) and for social and even family time.
I regularly enter running events for fun but do enjoy competing (mostly chasing my own PBs).

The Muck Up Sesh is suitable for all levels of running ability, including beginners. These sessions are different each week and if you’ve never had running coaching before, come along and check it out. You’ll be amazed by what variety and challenge can do for your running.
The range of training sessions includes: sprinting, hill running, tempo runs, cross training, beach running, agility drills, fartlek training, fun team activities, cross-country running and much more.
This type of training encourages your body to adapt to different styles of running and terrain, and brings more depth and enjoyment to your running.
No matter what level you join Lazy Runner at, you’ll run your longest distance in this group session. Your coach will guide you as distances increase each week according to your personal running goals.
The course will vary from week to week to keep things interesting. This session is a low pressure run that will increase your endurance. Run at a comfortable pace, with an emphasis on running further, not faster.
After around four weeks of the Lazy Runner program, you’ll be able to estimate your pace time to help you set future distance and time goals.
At the end of this session, the group will go through some stretching routines. This is an ideal time for the group to discuss how their run went and to exchange ideas on running. It is also a good time to talk to your coach about your progress.
